Residents of Gainesville and Ocala, Fla., now have a new alternative to

expansion of its Florida service into Gainesville and Ocala, as well as

This expansion allows residents of Florida to have continuous coverage
throughout the state of Florida, from Jacksonville through Gainesville
to Tampa, Orlando, Naples and Miami. MetroPCS has 13 authorized dealer
locations open in Gainesville and Ocala, and will have a total of 20,
including one corporate-owned store, by the end of the year. The
expansion will create approximately 50 jobs in Gainesville and Ocala.
